Heavy-duty double-heed cutting saw

1). It is mainly used for cutting and laying off aluminum alloy curtain wall materials and window materials. And also used for cutting PVC profile.
2). It uses hard alloy saw blade for diameter as big as 20” as well as high linear speed and high processing precision.
3). The two saw can cut simultaneously or separately. The saw blade can be adjusted to be any angle from 45°to 90°
4). The saw blade cut the material from bottom to top safely, and it has enough cutting height and width.

5). Right head feeding adopts pitch ball screw-lead motion, with high accurate driving,locating and smooth working.

6). The machine is equipped with CNC System, profiles of different specifications can be completed automatically under the expected size.
